The ambience at Tian38 strikes a balance between elegance and modernity. While not quite reaching fine dining levels, the sumptuous chairs and contemporary chic décor create an inviting atmosphere that is both comfortable and refined.
During the lunchtime rush, the restaurant was abuzz with activity. It was evident that the staff were stretched thin, as they juggled taking orders, seating guests, and delivering dishes and drinks. Despite this, their polite demeanour never wavered, reflecting a commitment to providing excellent service.

I opted for the Honey Glazed Pork with Chicken Rice, a delectable choice priced at $19. The dish was a symphony of succulent, flavourful meat complemented by a bed of pak choy and a perfectly cooked egg that added a creamy richness to the ensemble.
Seated at the bar, I couldn’t help but be enamoured by Tian38’s extensive collection of spirits and liquors, promising a tipple to suit any palate.
Without a doubt, Tian38 is a venue best enjoyed in the company of colleagues and friends. The convivial atmosphere and diverse menu make it an ideal spot for lively gatherings and memorable meals. Despite a few hiccups in service during peak hours, the overall experience at Tian38 is one that beckons you back for another taste of its Singaporean Chinese delights.
