Walker’s Doughnut – probably the best chain doughnut franchise in Melbourne

Walker’s Doughnuts is probably the best franchise donut (or doughnut) outlet in Melbourne. It’s way better because its donuts are chewier, have better texture, lasts longer (without that stale texture), and has the right balance of sweetness. In my opinion, it’s way better than competitors like Daniel’s Donuts and Donut King, and probably better than Krispy Kreme Donuts.

You can grab a box of any 6 donuts for $22, which is an alright deal in terms of price to be able to pick any 6 of its donut rings or balls. I normally can’t go past their Banoffee, Pineapple Ring, Blueberry Cheesecake, and Apple Crumble donuts. They also do a range of seasonal special donuts.

They also do smaller hot jam and nutella donuts where you get 6 for $10. This is way better value. Sometimes they even do different filling like custard or spiced apple. When they are pipping hot, these smaller donuts are so good!

Walker’s Doughtnuts also do a range of hot dogs and drinks, including milk shakes and coffees. Their basic hot dog combo with a milk shake is $9.90. If you feel like sitting around, you can grab this combo, or just enjoy a coffee and sandwiches for $9.90 as well. Whatever you choose, Walker’s offers a good deal.
