My Cambodia has been a staple in Springvale for decades serving delicious and popular Cambodian dishes. Its menu in plastic folders may not be appealing, but the dishes in the photos are tried and true testaments of a decade of experience. You can go for the popular dishes like Phnom Penh Noodles, Fried Pork and Red Rice or even Turmeric Green Curry Fish Noodle Soup.
If you want Cambodian food, My Cambodia is the place to visit. It serves individual portions such as noodles or rice on a plate and also shared dishes where you can order a pot of soup, steamed fish and some larger plates to share with the family.
A lot of classic Cambodian dishes can be found at the restaurant as well as Thai and Vietnamese dishes. It shouldn’t come as any surprise that there are other cuisines, since the countries border each other and many of the dishes are inspired by one another.
If you want authentic Cambodian cuisine, I recommend their Phnom Penh Noodle Soup. This comes with pork, pork offal, prawn and seafood with rice noodles and a delicious umami soup. This is a staple dish in Cambodian cuisine.
Another dish to try is the Fried Noodles with Sweet and Sour Sauce which has fried noodles, seafood, garlic chives and egg. You are given a sweet fish sauce to pour over the noodles to enjoy.
Plus you can order their Turmeric Fish Green Curry Soup, Sweet and Sour Soup or Lemongrass Beef Soup which can come in larger servings for the family to share. Just order another larger plate and some rice bowls to go with it.
If you like Thai and Vietnamese cuisine, you might be surprised by how great Cambodian cuisine is too. So give My Cambodia a visit.
