Seating & Atmosphere

With limited seating, this is not the kind of place for large groups unless you book ahead. We reserved our spots in advance and managed to secure baby chairs, ultimately taking up the only long table in the restaurant. The space is cozy, making it better suited for small gatherings or takeaway orders.

Pizza Style & Menu

Unlike New York-style pizzas with heavy cheese, ham, and tomato sauce, T Minus 90 Pizzeria serves Italian-style pizzas with a more balanced approach to toppings. The base is doughy, resembling flatbread rather than the typical thin, crispy crust.

We ordered a mix of pizzas, including the Forbidden Fruit ($25), which featured pineapple, shaved ham, cheese, and tomato sauce, and the Pear-Sciutto ($33), topped with pear, cheese, prosciutto, honey, and rocket. The flavors were well-balanced, and the quality of ingredients was evident.

Service & Overall Experience

The service was friendly and accommodating, and we were satisfied with our meal. While the seating is limited, the quality of the pizzas makes it a solid choice for both casual dine-in and takeaway.
