The menu at The Dream boasts a delightful selection of Korean culinary delights, ranging from hearty noodles and comforting soups to crispy fried chicken and flavourful rice dishes like the iconic bibimbap. Priced at $19.50, the bibimbap steals the spotlight, offering a choice of succulent beef, chicken, pork, or tofu as the main topping, perfectly complemented by an array of vibrant vegetables and savoury sauces.

During my visit to The Dream, I couldn’t help but notice the popularity of their soups and fried chicken dishes, which seemed to be a favourite among patrons. Eager to sample a variety of flavours, my companions and I opted for the bibimbap with pork, japchae with beef, and fish cake soup.

The bibimbap and japchae proved to be delightful culinary masterpieces, each bursting with bold flavours and tantalizing textures that left our taste buds dancing with delight. The harmonious blend of tender meats, crisp vegetables, and savoury sauces showcased the culinary prowess of The Dream’s kitchen.

We ordered their bibimbap with pork for $19.5, japchae with beef for $17, and fish cake soup for $15

While the fish cake soup with rice cakes offered a comforting warmth, we found it to be somewhat lacking in comparison to the other dishes, falling short of the flavourful heights achieved by the bibimbap and japchae.

In conclusion, The Dream – Korean Bistro stands as a beacon of authentic Korean cuisine in the heart of Springvale. With its inviting ambiance, attentive service, and mouthwatering dishes, this quaint eatery captures the essence of Korean gastronomy, delivering a memorable dining experience that will linger in the minds of patrons long after their visit. For those seeking a taste of Korea’s culinary delights, The Dream is indeed a destination worth dreaming about.
